Founded in 2018 by Tim Mortimer, a former PE teacher with deep Orange roots and a dream bigger than the towns he loved, BNB Made Easy began with one cold call and a heart full of determination. Tim and his wife Flora were driven by a shared vision: to build a short-term rental company that felt anything but short-term — a company that honoured local homes, elevated the guest experience and kept community at its core. 

From those humble beginnings to becoming a trusted local brand across the NSW Central West, BNB Made Easy has always kept its heart close to home — especially here in Bathurst, where the golden light, strong sense of community and vibrant culture have made it one of our most cherished regions.

Tim and Flora didn’t just build a business — they built a life here, raising their three beautiful children, Zoe, Remi, and Leon, alongside a growing team of dedicated staff and over 50 subcontractors. Today, BNB Made Easy is a leading force in regional short-term rentals — yet its soul remains deeply grounded in country values: hospitality, honesty, hard work and connection. 

From the leafy backyards of Llanarth, to the peaceful corners of Kelso, the open spaces of Robin Hill, and the character-rich streets of South and West Bathurst, our homes are handpicked, professionally managed and lovingly prepared.
