Once part of a larger landholding stewarded by the Pratley family for over a century, Yarras has been lovingly revived and transformed by a local family who share a deep bond with the land and the Bathurst community.

In 2020, after a decade-long dream and a multi-stage land purchase beginning in 2014, the final parcel of Yarras — including the original Homestead, shearing shed, and barns — came into the family’s care. Over the next three years, a meticulous renovation unfolded. Stone by stone, beam by beam, the property was brought back to life, preserving its original character while introducing modern comforts and elegant country style.
