For Tim Mortimer, the story of BNB Made Easy starts well before the business itself — in the vineyards of Orange, NSW, where hard work and family were at the centre of everything.

For over 70 years, Wilga Station has been part of the Keith family’s story. Nestled just outside Bathurst in the Central West of New South Wales, this 260-acre sheep station has seen three generations work the land — through droughts, shearing seasons, and changing times.

I’m Catherine Cox, and this is the story of my family – a story that stretches back to the early days of European settlement in Bathurst and has continued through generations of change, challenge, and deep connection to this land and community.

Matt Moran was born on May 15, 1969, in Tamworth, New South Wales. His childhood was spent on a dairy farm in Badgerys Creek. When he was nine, moved off the farm to Seven Hills in Sydney’s western suburbs. Those early years taught Matt the value of hard work, where his food really comes from, along with the seasons and nature. Matt often recounts how formative this period was, from helping on the farm to learning firsthand, to appreciating quality produce – a foundation that continues to shape his philosophy today.
